Commission Terms and Conditions1. I will work with due dates! I encourage them!
_{Due dates help me finish work! My usual estimate is a week depending on complexity. Please do respect if I do ask for more time, however, as life is hectic and unpredictable.}2. You get 3 sketch revisions. Anything more than that or major changes in later phases will result in further payment.3. I retain all rights to my work.4. I will produce art of my own style, not another artist's.5. You may NOT use my art to do the following things;
_{-To create NFT's or to be fed into or transformed by AI in any way, shape or form.
-To edit out my signature.
-Any use without properly crediting me.
-Any non-personal use without permission.}6. Refunds are allowed, but the amount depends on stages completed.
_{-I will only refund what has not been finished. Exceptions will be given per my discretion.}7. I like to stream comms, as it helps with my focus and also allows for faster feedback! Let me know if this is not okay with you and I can figure something out!8. I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason including but not limited to;
